Jeanie Cole, CPCC, ACC is a leadership development coach and consultant in Learning & Development at State Farm Insurance in Lincoln, NE where she has worked for thirty five years. She is also an adjunct professor at Doane College-Lincoln where she is a facilitator and coach for The Leading Edge Capstone option in the Master of Arts in Management program.
Jeanie obtained her Certified Professional Co-Active Coach designation from the Coaches Training Institute and Associate Certified Coach designation from the International Coaching Federation. She is a qualified facilitator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and a licensed facilitator of Corporate Coach U- Coaching Clinic.
When she’s not coaching, consulting or teaching Jeanie enjoys spending time with her three daughters and four grandchildren. She also enjoys traveling to the mountains, beach or anywhere she can be in nature.
Jeanie is known for her insight, enthusiasm, humor, passion and ability to “light up the room”. She says she shines brightest when she sees others find their own brilliance!
