Sam Eckhardt is a Private Banking and Commercial Loan Officer at Union Bank & Trust Company. In her role she focuses on wealth management for high net worth individuals, working as their single point of contact where she is able to tailor Union Bank’s products and services to best meet clients’ needs. Sam grew up in Grand Island, NE and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in Finance. She obtained her Certified Financial Planner™designation in July 2010. Sam has been with Union Bank for 7 years. Prior to Private Banking she held roles in the College Savings Plan and Retirement Plans departments.
Sam has served in many capacities in the community. She is currently on the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Board, a member of Lincoln’s Young Professional Group, Chair of the American Cancer Society’s Pink Ribbon Golf Tournament, committee member for the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Gala and a volunteer for Junior Achievement. She recently finished a year long journey with Leadership Lincoln and was chosen by Lincoln’s Young Professional Group for a “4 under 40” award.
Sam is married to Travis Eckhardt who is an Account Executive with Mortech, Inc.
