Stacy Gutschenritter is currently the Education Manager for Retirement Plan Services with Union Bank & Trust. Her responsibilities include leading a group of four Financial Education Consultants that coordinate, facilitate, and conduct Financial Wellness education for over 23,000 participants on topics ranging from How to Participate In Your Company Sponsored Retirement Plan, to Budgeting, and on How to Prepare For Retirement. She is also responsible for assisting in the evaluation of current client satisfaction through surveys and direct communication.
Stacy grew up in Lincoln, NE, and graduated from University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in Business Administration. Stacy started at Union Bank & Trust in 1993 as a Teller/New Account Representative with their Student Program. The first 10 years of her career focus has been in the Customer Service and Lending divisions. The last eight years have been with the Trust division of the bank.
Stacy is passionate about mentoring and coaching her team and those that she encounters with an approach that values each individual’s perspective. By using a collaborative approach, Stacy believes a true partnership can be formed that allows for growth and personal development.
Community involvement is an honored tradition at Union Bank & Trust, and Stacy has learned how valuable it can be to one’s professional career. She has been active in a variety of organizations over the years, including: President of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Lincoln Chapter, Chair of the JDRF Dream Gala Lincoln Chapter, Lincoln Chamber of Commerce Young Professional’s Group, Leadership Lincoln Class XXI, Junior Achievement, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association Catholic Business Women’s Group, and Treasurer of the St. Joseph Church School Family Association.
Stacy is married to Matt Gutschenritter, Senior Mortgage Loan Officer with Mutual of Omaha Bank. They have two children, Mitchell who is 11, and Kate who is 9.
