We are a dynamic grassroots organization committed to social justice through action, advocacy and service delivery. We work to shape public policy and legislation, and work with public officials to improve our communities and provide opportunities for women, girls, and families.

 In small towns and major cities across the U.S., YWCAs offer women of all ages leadership opportunities, job training, life skills, support groups, shelters for safety and recovery, wellness resources and programs focused on empowering women and girls.

The YWCA is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. Our programs touch the lives of women, children, men, and families.
